FedEx Freight is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to oversee staff handling HR administration, employee records, and recruitment processes. You will ensure legal and policy compliance while driving process improvements and accurate reporting.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with several years in HR, knowledge of HRIS (PeopleSoft/Workday), and strong MS Office skills. Travel may be required; ADA claims assistance is noted in the posting.
Supervise staff responsible for various Human Resource administration processes and procedures to ensure functions are executed efficiently, including the preparation and maintaining of employee personnel files, records/information and non-exempt recruitment and selection processes and procedures.
