• Experience working with Standard Accounting and Budget Reporting System (SABRS), Command Financial Management System (CFMS), Purchase Request Form (PRF), Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) programs, and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) or similar programs.
• Experience reviewing and reconciling financial statements in compliance with federal laws, regulations and requirements.
• Experience mentoring subordinates and working well and coordinating with other departments contributing to a team atmosphere.
• Experience presenting and defending budget estimates before higher authorities, reviewing and evaluating budget request, and reporting of obligations and expenditures.
