We are a family-owned business that prides itself on customer service and integrity. Our staff of friendly and experienced professionals are dedicated to proving quality service.

Job Description

We now specialize in sprinkler system testing, repair and installation, kitchen and restaurant systems, fire alarm design, installation and service, backflow prevention devices, full service alarm monitoring, fire pump repair and installation, and underground hydrant repairs and installation, among the many services we offer.

  • Service, troubleshoot and install several different manufacturers’ suppression systems (including ANSUL, Piranha, Amerex, Pyro-Chem, Range-Guard, Buckeye)
  • Identify NFPA code and non-compliance issues
  • Learn to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, schematics and manufacturer product manuals
  • Consult and advise customers regarding potential safety issues (i.e., compliance issues, system deficiencies, electrical issues, heavy grease in exhaust hoods, additional fire extinguishers, etc.)
  • Use apps to complete & produce reports that are legible, accurate and detailed prior to leaving job site
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Maintain accurate levels of parts & inventory in work vehicles to address customer needs
  • Stay current with code requirements and industry changes
  • Attend and complete all required training including safety training
Requirements
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or required
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years prior relevant work experience (preferred)
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights/overnight hours, weekends, and on-call rotations, based on customer and business needs.
  • Able to carry and move tools and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders multiple times a day

  • Ability to travel to multiple job sites each day
  • High precision/detail oriented
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, with little supervision
  • Gain knowledge of fire systems and the tools to service them properly
