Spectrum Human Services seeks a Supports Coordinator Supervisor for the Western Regional Office in Grand Rapids, MI. You will supervise a team of supports coordinators, oversee training, and ensure duties align with recovery-based, person-centered planning.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) and at least three years of supervisory or clinical experience with the population served; Michigan Social Worker licensure or eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years supervisory and/or clinical experience with population served.
• Michigan Social Worker licensure or qualifications to obtain (Preferred).
