Job summary

Brightli is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to support individuals on their recovery journey. You’ll work alongside clinicians and nurses to provide a safe, structured environment, help clients build skills, maintain stability, and pursue recovery goals in daily care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of responsible work experience in any industry.
• Desire to help others in recovery.
• Good communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals receiving care.
• Work alongside clinicians and nurses to support treatment plans.
• Help clients build skills, maintain stability, and pursue recovery goals.
• Assist with admissions, orientations, and safety procedures.
• Observe, document, and communicate client behaviors to the treatment team.
