Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CAPS Background Check, Criminal Background Check, DMV checks required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of new plans and programs for individuals.
• Work direct support hours.
• Supervise and manage staff effectively, consistently, and fairly.
• Train current and new staff members.
• On-call rotations during weekends and holidays.
• Use Behavior Support Programs/Activities to guide day-to-day actions.
• Initiate programs and ensure they are followed, implemented and updated for each individual.
• Other duties as assigned.
