Mat-Su Services for Children & Adults is seeking a Direct Support Provider – Supported Employment (DSP-SE) to empower individuals with disabilities by coaching employment skills and supporting self-employment and competitive work.

You will drive clients to job sites around the Mat-Su borough, mentor them at work, maintain documentation, and advocate for rights and safety. A TB test, Alaska driver's license with two years of driving, proof of auto insurance, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• TB test required prior to employment.
• Alaska driver’s license with two years of driving experience and proof of auto insurance.
• Must pass federal, state and local background checks.
• Provide three verifiable references.

Responsabilités

• Support individuals with learning, habilitative, and life skills to achieve employment goals.
• Transport clients to job sites across the Mat-Su borough.
• Coach and mentor clients at workplaces and assist with task development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, incidents, medications, and progress notes.
• Communicate with families, guardians, case managers and team members.
