Support Worker Recruitment Open Day – Adult Services

LDN London currently has vacancies for full-time and sessional Support Workers to work with people with learning disabilities in our adult services based in the London boroughs of Westminster, Camden, Islington, and Kensington and Chelsea.

We are looking to develop team members interested in working in our Adult Services for individuals with learning disabilities, dementia, mental health issues, profound and multiple disabilities, and aging.

You must have a positive attitude and be passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities.

  • To limit on-site attendance, please pre-book your slot when registering your interest by email. The process will take no longer than 20 minutes (5 minutes for registration and 15 minutes for the information session, where you can ask questions).
  • Candidates who are shortlisted will undergo a two-stage interview process: a virtual interview followed by a face-to-face interview with a service user and a team manager at one of our services.
  • Successful candidates who complete the application and interview process will be offered a position, subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS, two references covering 3 years of employment history, and right-to-work checks in the UK.
Salary Support Workers: £27,008 per annum (£13.85/hour, overtime rate £15.52/hour) and Sessional Workers: £15.52/hour

Locations: Westminster, Camden, Islington, Kensington, and Chelsea, London

Positions: Full-time (37.5 hours/week, including weekends; flexibility required) or Sessional (flexible hours)
