What you'll be doing

Every day brings new opportunities. You might support someone with shopping, outdoor activities, personal care, attending gigs, using public transport, or managing money. Your role is to help individuals discover new interests, reach goals, and maintain relationships with family and friends.

You will provide high-quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities, listening to their needs, assisting with daily tasks, and encouraging confidence and independence. Supporting work-life balance through varied shifts is essential.

Having a full driving license is beneficial but not essential.
