Job summary

PossAbilities is seeking an Individualized Home Support Staff in Winona, MN to assist clients with personal care and daily living activities. The role is managed by the individual or their family/guardian, with trainings provided by PossAbilities.

Work is mostly in the afternoon after school hours, with possible additional hours during summer. Starting wage is $21 per hour, and staff may be scheduled for in-home or community-based supports across Southwestern Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older with an interest in working with people with disabilities
• If you are between 16 and 17, cannot work after 11 p.m. on school days
• Must complete the DHS Background Study
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance if required
• Ability to adapt to and respect each individual's needs

• Valid driver's license and if required, successful completion of a driving record check and proof of automobile insurance
• Ability to adapt to and respect each individuals needs and preferences
