Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a Support Worker to join our team and work alongside Case Managers to support children and families. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and the chance to teach life skills, help connect families to resources, and build plans that improve daily lives.

You’ll need a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience with children and families, and a willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest.
