Job summary

TFI Family Services, located in Lawrence, Kansas, is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team on a hybrid schedule. You will work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations.

You’ll teach life skills, help connect families to resources, and advocate for kids and their families. The role values empathy, resilience, and a willingness to learn; we’ll provide training and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 Years previous work experience with children and families.
• Willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
