Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist Case Managers in helping children and families build healthy relationships and strong foundations. You will teach life skills, connect families to resources, and advocate for kids in our community.

The role emphasizes a willingness to learn; we provide training and support to help you grow within a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 years of previous work experience with children and families.
• Willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!.
