What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support site-deployed systems and photography gear to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with developers and cloud operations on new projects and enhancements
• Provide troubleshooting and fault-finding services for system and network issues
• Develop and document procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Communicate technical issues and suggest improvements for customer experience
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 4 years experience in technical support roles (SysAdmin/SRE/similar)
• Strong Windows systems administration skills, primarily with Windows 10
• Familiarity with modern ticketing systems; experience with ConnectWise and JIRA is a plus
• Knowledge of data security methodologies and concerns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
