JOB SUMMARY: The IDD Support Tech is an administrative position that supports the IDD Operations but is on-call and is backup support for the group home. The IDD Support Tech works with individuals with a diagnosis of Intellectual Developmental Disability (IDD). The CSW provides services based upon the individual's needs, abilities, and health conditions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Scanning and uploading documents, filing.
  • Answering phones and making calls.
  • Assisting DDPs, case managers, and nurses.
  • Attending home provider meetings.
  • Monitoring and running reports.
  • On-Call rotation: If there is a call out at the group home, this staff will be the fill-in for the shift that is needed.
  • Transport individuals on outings, to doctor appointments, and other activities in the community.
  • Medication Administration and documenting appropriately.
  • Attendance is required for all staff meetings.
  • Work as a team player.
  • Complete Non-Serious Incident Reports.
  • Report any medical issues of individuals to supervisor.
  • Work holidays if scheduled.
  • Other duties as assigned.
