Job summary

Clean Team Inc. is seeking dependable Operations Support Technicians for Fort Wayne and surrounding areas. You will deliver cleaning supplies, assist area managers and cleaning teams, and fill in when extra help is needed.

This part-time to full-time role offers roughly 25–35 hours per week with AM or PM shifts; ideal candidates will have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling to customer sites in the Indianapolis area.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, janitorial, or customer service preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Able to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies when needed.
• Be dependable and arrive on time, with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning supplies and equipment to customer locations.
• Help Area Managers and cleaning teams with daily tasks.
• Fill in and clean at customer locations when needed.

Clean Team Inc. is looking for dependable, motivated, and flexible people to join our team as Operations Support Technicians.

What You'll Do

As an Operations Support Technician, you will:

• Help Area Managers and cleaning teams with daily tasks
• Fill in and clean at customer locations when needed
• Travel to commercial buildings throughout the Indianapolis area
• Communicate with supervisors and team members throughout the day
• Help provide great service to our customers
• Safely transport cleaning supplies and equipment
• Complete your work with a positive attitude and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Have commercial cleaning, janitorial, customer service, or related experience (preferred, but not required)
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have a reliable personal vehicle
• Be dependable and arrive to work on time
• Communicate well with others
• Be able to work on your own and adjust to changing tasks
• Be comfortable driving to different locations during your shift
• Be able to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies when needed
