Clean Team Inc. is currently seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as an Operations Support Technician serving Indianapolis and surrounding communities.

This dynamic role supports field operations by delivering supplies, assisting cleaning teams, covering open shifts when needed, and helping ensure our customers continue receiving exceptional service. Travel between commercial facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, customer service, or operations experience preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are essential.
• Ability to travel between Indianapolis-area locations and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning supplies, equipment, and other materials to customer locations
• Assist Area Managers and cleaning teams with daily operational needs
• Provide cleaning coverage at customer facilities when staffing support is needed
• Travel between commercial facilities throughout the Indianapolis area
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, managers, and fellow team members
• Help maintain company quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Safely transport cleaning equipment and supplies between locations
• Complete assigned tasks while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
