This role emphasizes relationship-building with colleagues, students, families, and the community, with opportunities for growth through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Classroom management skills required.
• Two years of childcare experience preferred.
• Flexible Mon–Fri 6:30 am–6:00 pm schedule.
• Ability to obtain State Police, FBI and Child Abuse clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and structured environment that supports young students.
• Implement daily schedule and curriculum-based lesson plans.
• Build positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and the community.
