Job summary

Montessori Country Day School, part of Endeavor Schools, seeks a Support Childcare Teacher. You will help lead engaging activities, ensure safety, monitor progress, and foster a welcoming classroom where children and teachers thrive. The role offers pay between $18.00–$19.00 per hour, with childcare tuition discounts and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center preferred.
• Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students is advantageous.
• Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop and tablet.
• 12 Child Development Units are preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are required.
• Patience, nurturing attitude and interest in young learners are essential.

Starting pay: Hourly $18.00-$19.00, depending on education and experience.

Pay Range
