Primrose School of Algonquin is seeking a Full-Time Support Teacher to join our dedicated faculty. This position involves supporting classrooms and driving a small bus, catering to children's learning and development.

Overview

We look at adding the next wonderful FULL TIME support teacher to our faculty at Primrose Algonquin location. This will be a float position in our classrooms along with driving the bus.

MUST LOVE CHILDREN! MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD AND COMFORTABLE DRIVING SMALL BUS. BE READY TO SUPPORT THE BUILDING IN ANY WAY NEEDED.

Qualifications & Requirements

• No nights, No weekends, No Holidays.
• Teacher Qualified is preferred but not necessary.
• College students in the Early Childhood program are encouraged to apply and indicate this on resume.
• Covid vaccine required.
• Minimum of high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a well‑kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
• Work along side our teachers to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Help in classrooms as needed when our wonderful teachers need a day off or a break!
• Build a brighter future for all children.
