Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate support Teacher to foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children. You will assist the lead teacher and build strong relationships with families to support holistic growth.

Candidates should have 1 year of teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required) and an associate degree in ECE or related field (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required).

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; High School diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Support the lead teacher in the classroom.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a collaborative atmosphere.
• Regularly communicate with parents about children's progress via apps and in-person discussions.
