Job summary

Nat-su Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Support Staff member for our Behavioral Health Programs. The role includes medication distribution, adhering to the facility schedule, and maintaining compassionate boundaries with clients.

Responsibilities include familiarizing with Wellbriety curriculum, providing Peer Support, ensuring accurate medication counts, and mentoring clients. This role emphasizes teamwork within a community-focused behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Previous work in Substance Abuse preferred.
• Maintain professional boundaries.
• At least one year of experience.
• Strong relationship building skills and a dedicated team orientation to health and wellbeing.
• Experience with Wellbriety preferred
• Native American preference.
• Valid Driver License.

Day Shift, Swing Shift, Graveyard shift, Weekend Shift,

Rate:

$18.00 per hour

This position is subject to Native American/Alaskan Native preference. Indian Preference applies in accordance with P.L. and other applicable laws. Applicants claiming Indian Preference must submit documentation of enrollment in a federally recognized tribe.
