Strong Start Early Care & Education in Trumbull, CT, is seeking qualified daycare support staff who love helping children and thrive on variety. Support staff, often called floaters, move between classrooms to assist teachers and maintain a high-quality learning environment.

Our Support Staff Teachers are sometimes called 'floaters' because that's what they do - they regularly 'float' between classrooms. No two days are the same!

Strong Start Early Care & Education, located in Trumbull, Connecticut, is looking for qualified daycare support staff who love helping children.
