Nirvana Cannabis is hiring for Support Staff in North Carolina. This hands-on role involves greeting customers, educating guests on cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with state regulations in a fast-paced dispensary environment.

You will handle transactions via POS, maintain a welcoming space, and collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent customer service. Prior retail experience helps, but a positive attitude and integrity matter most.

About the Role: Support Staff

Support Staff are essential to the daily operations of our dispensary. From greeting customers to supporting the sales floor, you'll help ensure every guest has a smooth, compliant, and enjoyable experience.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that provides exposure to multiple areas of dispensary operations, making it a great opportunity for individuals interested in learning the ins and outs of cannabis retail.

What You'll Do

On any given day, you may:

Training, Experience & Perks

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

• Must meet all state requirements for employment in the cannabis industry
