Job summary

Nirvana Cannabis is seeking Support Staff for our fast-growing dispensary. You will greet customers, educate guests on products, verify IDs to ensure compliance, and process transactions using our POS system.

This hands-on role provides exposure to multiple areas of dispensary operations and offers training in compliance, customer engagement, and retail best practices within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must meet all state requirements for cannabis industry employment.

About the Role: Support Staff

Support Staff are essential to the daily operations of our dispensary. From greeting customers to supporting the sales floor, you'll help ensure every guest has a smooth, compliant, and enjoyable experience.

What You'll Do
