Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for Customer Care systems and digital tools
• Troubleshoot system issues, document findings, and coordinate resolution with IT and Development teams
• Manage and track Help Desk tickets to ensure timely issue resolution
• Support ERP implementation initiatives, including testing, validation, and post-deployment support
• Participate in functional testing and quality assurance activities for new and existing systems
• Gather business requirements and help document processes, workflows, and system enhancements
• Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Develop reports and analyze data to provide operational insights and support decision-making
• Assist with troubleshooting OCR and other business-critical digital solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate manual processes, and enhance system performance
• Serve as a liaison between Customer Care and technical teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Monitor system performance and support continuous improvement initiatives

Digital Solution Support Specialist

Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and improving the customer experience? We're seeking a Digital Solution Support Specialist to support the digital systems and business applications that power our Customer Care organization.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, working with data, supporting system implementations, and acting as a bridge between business users and technology teams. You'll gain hands‑on experience with enterprise applications, digital transformation initiatives, quality assurance, and process improvement while helping drive operational efficiency across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
