Part-Time Support/Sales Associate

Join our team today! We are seeking a Customer Obsessed Support/Sales Associate for 15-20 hours per week. This flexible schedule position offers an opportunity to learn the business and earn extra money.

Position Objective:

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, performing sales operations such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We believe in creating an amazing workplace where you can learn and grow.

Functional Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Excellence: Process merchandise, ensure proper storage, ticketing, and replenishment; merchandise new products timely; reconcile invoices; participate in pricing, markdowns, and visual merchandising; assist with store cleanliness and organization.
  2. Customer Experience: Model and promote excellent personal service principles.
  3. Teamwork and Growth: Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment; seek personal development and feedback; perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Adaptability to company technology
  • Ability to work standing for most of the shift
  • Ability to work quickly within strict timelines
  • Teamwork orientation
  • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus

  • Regular attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
