Job summary

Integrated Life Choices is seeking SLS/CES Sub-Contractors in Colorado Springs to provide respite and community-based support for adults and children with developmental disabilities.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, and applicants must be at least 19 years old. Responsibilities include assisting individuals in their daily routines and supporting them in the community.

The position is strictly for independent contractors.

Qualifications

Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, Monument, Falcon, Widefield, Fountain, Elizabeth, Parker and Sedalia.

Qualifications

Applicants MUST be:

• Minimum of 19 years of age
• Have a High School Diploma or GED, experience a plus but not required
• Have a vehicle, posses a valid Driver's License, current car insurance, and the ability to transport people they are supporting
• Pass all background checks
