As a Support Operations Co-op, you’ll work with mechanics, equipment managers, and operations teams on maintenance, fleet operations, and material management across construction projects.

You will gain exposure to CAD drafting, equipment planning, procurement, and shop documentation while contributing to safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field such as Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn; problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with solid communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance, repair, and inspection activities for construction equipment and vehicles.
• Support preventative maintenance programs to maximize reliability and performance.

**Job Description:**The **Co-op Program at Kokosing** is designed to provide you with practical industry experience, meaningful responsibilities, mentorship from experienced professionals, and opportunities to connect with senior leaders, team members, and fellow co-ops. \\As a Support Operations Co-op, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the people, equipment, materials, and processes that keep construction projects running safely and efficiently. Working alongside mechanics, equipment managers, shop personnel, engineers, and operations teams, you'll contribute to real-world projects involving heavy equipment maintenance, fleet operations, material management, fabrication, logistics, and technical support functions. During this event, co-ops present the culmination of their work and learning experiences to peers, business leaders, and senior management.
