• Delegating tasks to non-licensed staff and monitoring performance
• Contributing to quality assurance, infection control, and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Assisting with resident assessments, new admissions, and documentation of assessments as directed
• Participating in team meetings and monitoring skin integrity with weekly assessments
• Reporting employee performance issues and assisting with emergencies, including CPR and notifying physicians of changes in patient condition
• Supporting coordination of the healthcare team and other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing
