Responsibilities / Qualifications

• Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and remote desktop tools.
• Backup solutions (Datto, Veeam), RMM tools (Ninja, N-central, or similar), and ticketing systems.
• Certifications are a plus- CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MCP/MCSA, etc.
