We are looking for merchandisers to work independently across various retail locations, showcasing their organization and time management skills to display and maintain inventory levels of our celebrations product, including greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush and more.

Pay

• The starting pay is $12.60 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (the listed rates are subject to change based on work location).
• After 6 months of employment the pay rate will increase to $13.30.
• After 1 year of continued employment the pay rate will increase to $14.00.

Route And Schedule

This route will service the following retail location: 10050 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC, 27617. The weekly average hours are 7 hours per week, which may increase to 14 hours during holidays. Additional support may be needed with multiple days in succession and increased hours per day depending on business needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising, organizing product orders, displaying products, maintaining backroom areas, and other inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management regarding service or schedule concerns.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment, managing time and organization effectively.
• Build relationships with store staff and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and hours around major holidays, including store resets and minor fixture work.
• Plan your weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Experience Required

No experience necessary; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Reliable transportation and internet access
• Technological competency to use company-provided tablet
• Availability for occasional weekends and major holidays

Physical Demands
