You will work on a defined route around Durham, NC, with pay starting at $13.50 per hour and increases to $14.30 after 6 months and $15.00 after 1 year. Flexible scheduling and paid training are provided along with a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and other inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management any questions or scheduling concerns.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work and product moves.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
