Job Duties

  • Oversee and plan daily operations - communicates daily operational objectives with their team to create an efficient workflow.
  • Partners with Selling Managers to achieve sales goals while maintaining the operational strategy.
  • Attend meetings with other Operations and Selling Managers within Bergdorf Goodman to build cross-functional partnerships.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of both selling floor and heart of house standards.
  • Hiring, training and development of support associates; build a cohesive customer service driven team.
  • Instill operational excellence and accountability within the members of their team.
