Job summary

BK Behavior seeks an entry-level ABA assistant to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings. No prior experience required; paid training is provided. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunity to advance within a growing ABA practice.

You’ll work with families and our clinical team to help children with Autism reach their goals and improve daily functioning. Training begins with a 40-hour RBT course, and a minimum 6-month commitment is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Act as part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
