Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 seeks a part-time ABA assistant to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans as part of our clinical team and accurately record data using electronic devices.

No prior experience is required; full paid training is provided to help you start a meaningful career in ABA, supporting children with Autism and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes or community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team and carry out skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and establish connections with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
