Responsibilities

• Operate the support loader and wheeled dozer safely and efficiently.
• Monitor gauges and report discrepancies to dispatch.
• Perform field level risk assessments.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform necessary lubrication and refilling.
• Use communication tools to ensure safety during operations.
• Push and place materials using the dozer as needed.

Skills

2+ years of experience operating a support loader and wheeled dozer at a mine site

Good verbal and written communication skills

Able to read, understand, and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate, and timely manner

Self-motivated with a track record of successfully working independently

Education

Heavy Equipment Operator training or related experience

Valid driver’s license

Ontario Surface Common Core training is an asset
