Job Description:
  • Resolving user issues reported via phone, email, or other communication channels;
  • Logging and describing incoming tickets in the system and managing them properly;
  • Contributing to a knowledge base about emerging issues and their solutions;
  • Collaborating with teams in other locations.

  • You are fluent in Italian (C1);
  • You have conversational English skills (min. B1);
  • You easily establish contacts with others;
  • You have a positive attitude and a willingness to self-improve.
