Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Detroit, Michigan seeks a Support Engineer IV to ensure availability and performance of its production environment for applications and services. You will support development and release of Selling Partner APIs (SP-APIs) and data products, including developer-facing platform features, and maintain/expand developer UI and acceptance testing suites.

Responsibilities include monitoring, rapid response to outages, bug fixes, and contributing to code repos and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Two years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing issues; developing monitoring solutions; performing software maintenance and configuration; and working with SQL and at least one programming language (Perl, Ruby, C/C++, or Java).
