As a Support Engineer, you will work through various sales cycles to understand and uncover customer needs, develop plans to address those needs, and implement follow-through on trials. You will focus on safety initiatives at customer sites to improve working conditions. Responsibilities also include assisting the Sales Manager with product inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance.
