Job Description

Talent Groups is seeking a Support Engineer to join our Healthcare Technology Support team in St. Louis, MO. The role involves providing 3rd shift support for clients across the USA, Ireland, and Australia. This customer-facing, first-line support role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service, resolving complex technical issues, and supporting mission-critical hospital technologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting healthcare or hospital systems applications and a solid understanding of hospital workflows, system integrations (HL7), and user support needs.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in technical or application support, ideally in SaaS or healthcare
  • Experience supporting hospital or clinical systems
  • Knowledge of HL7 standards, integration engines (e.g., Mirth), or EHR platforms is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with testing and validation experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft technologies: MSSQL, Web Applications, Windows Server, Azure
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell)
  • Understanding of networking concepts: VLAN, DHCP, DNS
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog) and Mobile Device Management (e.g., Airwatch) is a plus
  • Exposure to AV/IPTV systems in healthcare is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across global teams
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Willing to work overnight (3rd shift)
