Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of Support Engineering or related work experience, or Associate’s with 2+ years, or High School with 3+ years.
• Master’s degree may substitute for up to one year of experience.
• Preferred: degree in CS/Math/EE, electronic certifications, military electronics training, 3+ years HW/SW/RF troubleshooting, 3+ years lab experience, leadership experience, and interaction with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform organizational, low-level debug, development, and test support tasks.
• Modify electronic parts, software, systems or circuitry as required.
• Provide layout and design support for engineers and small projects.
• Install, upgrade, configure, and operate company products per specs and reliability.
• Monitor product performance and analyze failures or malfunctions.
• Gather and integrate data from multiple sources to understand specs and tasks.
• Collaborate across teams to complete project work and meet deadlines.
