A company is looking for a Support Engineer to deliver consistent customer value and resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities Resolve, triage, or escalate customer workflow issues by diagnosing platform / infrastructure vs. user code problems Drive retention and increase adoption by developing knowledge of customers' business objectives and technical solutions Collaborate with various teams to represent the voice of the customer and maintain customer-facing documentation Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Data or Software Engineering with knowledge of public cloud technologies and ML / data infrastructure Strong Python programming skills; Go experience is a plus Experience supporting both SMB and enterprise customers with infrastructure products and solutions Familiarity with machine learning solutions, MLOps, and data orchestration trends Understanding of data processing and ML infrastructure components
