Job summary

ISOutsource is seeking a focused Support Technician to join our Chandler, AZ team. This on-site role emphasizes desktop and server support, network tasks, and collaboration with field consultants in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

You will troubleshoot a range of hardware and software issues, participate in routine maintenance, and contribute to a positive, high-energy workplace with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical support experience preferred.
• IT / Networking certification or ability to attain a certification within 6 months of employment.
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provide first line technical support including desktop and server support.
• Solve a wide variety of issues.
• Some specialized application support calls received (training provided).
• Carry out day-to-day network administration tasks.
• Perform routine server maintenance tasks.
• Manage our network monitoring system.
• Provide in-house technical support.
• Work in an energized team and fun office environment.
• Work with a variety of technologies.
• Partner with Support colleagues skilled in a variety of technical arenas.
• Partner with a great group of field consultants
