Qualifications

10+ years of experience in technical support engineering or software engineering.
5+ years of experience leading technical teams, ideally in high-scale or fast-paced environments.
Deep technical experience in application development or infrastructure with a systems mindset.
Strong cross-functional partner capable of influencing roadmaps through support-driven insights.
Automation-first approach with tooling or processes that scale support using AI and systems thinking.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a team of top technical troubleshooting experts.
Partner with engineering and customer teams to resolve escalated issues at scale.
Operationalize learnings from incidents to improve processes and roadmaps.
Ensure 24x7 coverage globally, including holidays and weekends.
Build relationships with customers to ensure application success and trust.
Collaborate across the organization to extend capabilities beyond the core remit.
