Job summary

ProMedica Flower Hospital is seeking a Support Coordinator IV for the Outpatient Rehab department. You will register patients in the EMR to ensure accurate billing and verify insurance coverage for rehab services, documenting coverage details.

You will process daily billing charges and perform charge reconciliation, while managing point-of-service collections including co-pays and deductibles. The role supports clinical operations and revenue integrity in a full-time, dayshift setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in health care management or related field preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and general software proficiency.
• Experience with EMR systems (Epic) preferred and healthcare operations knowledge.
