Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is hiring a Support Coordinator to join our team of school-based professionals in the Scranton, PA area. This role focuses on coordinating and supporting staff to enhance student outcomes within the district.

You will work closely with district administrators, teachers, and other staff to promote a cohesive and productive learning environment, ensuring policy compliance and accurate attendance management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional, behavior technician, or RBT
• Minimum of 6 months of school-based experience; 1 year preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups
• Knowledge of special education, behavior management, and applied behavior analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
