Job summary

Opportunity Partners, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Support Coach in Minnesota. You will help individuals with production tasks, provide hands-on instruction, and support them to achieve daily goals in a respectful team setting.

You will document progress, track data, and ensure timely timecard entries while maintaining safety and a positive work environment. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a $17.00 hourly wage.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in either the human services or manufacturing industry.
• High school degree or GED.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to individuals as they complete production tasks, including gathering materials and offering clear, hands-on instruction.
• Coach and encourage individuals to build workplace skills, independence, and confidence while meeting their daily goals.
• Monitor progress throughout the workday and offer guidance, problem-solving, and positive reinforcement as needed.
• Complete daily documentation, including progress notes and data tracking, using computer-based systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of timecard data while maintaining a supportive, safe, and productive work environment.

Job Summary:
