Position Objective

This position is responsible for supporting sales operations including POS transactions, merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, replenishing merchandise, and occasionally working on the sales floor.

Functional Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and accessibility for replenishment.
• Ensure timely merchandising of new products.
• Enter receiving documents accurately, reconcile invoices, and handle store transfers.
• Manage visual materials and stockroom supplies.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives like floor sets and signage.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

• Support MAPS principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Ensure efficient checkout, understanding policies on payments, returns, and security.
• Promote buying decisions, achieve add-on sales, and enroll clients in reward programs.

Teamwork and Growth

• Promote inclusivity and collaboration.
• Seek personal development and feedback.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
• Ability to work quickly within strict timelines.
• Teamwork demonstrated capability.
• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
• Effective communication with customers and team via headset.
• Regular attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing (67-100%).
