POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for supporting the sales operations of the stores, including POS transactions, merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. The role involves receiving, storing, replenishing sales floor merchandise, and occasional work on the sales floor.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence
- Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
- Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
- Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
- Manage visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware, ensuring timely receipt and proper storage.
- Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
- Notify management of cash supply needs.
- Assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, and signage placement.
- Support boutique cleanliness and organization.
Customer Experience
- Support and promote the MAPS principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
- Ensure efficient register operation, staying current on payment policies, coupons, returns, exchanges, and security practices.
- Encourage buying decisions at checkout and promote add-on sales, including gift cards.
- Assist customers with reward program sign-ups.
Teamwork and Growth

- Perform other duties as assigned, noting that duties may vary across brands.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
- Must be 16 years or older.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to company technology.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for most of the shift.
- Work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
- Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
- Effective communication with customers, associates, and management; use of headsets.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift).
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of shift).
- Frequent climbing (34-66% of shift).
